Products Damage or Fault:
In the rare event that a product is damaged, faulty, or differs from what you ordered, Uclick.pk takes full responsibility for promptly exchanging the item.
Exchange of Items:
Customers desiring to exchange items, such as for a different bangle size or design, may do so. However, please note that a delivery charge of RS180 will apply. We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order to avoid any inconvenience.
Cancellation and Order Changes:
We understand that circumstances may change. Customers have the option to cancel or make changes to their orders within two hours of submitting them. After this two-hour window, we regret that we cannot accommodate cancellations or alterations.
Incomplete Address:
To ensure a smooth delivery process, customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. This includes essential details such as house number, block number, street number, or the nearest well-known landmark. Orders with incomplete, unusual, or empty addresses will regrettably be canceled.
Refund and Return Policy:
Please be aware that we uphold a strict no-refund and no-return policy. We strongly advise all customers to carefully review product descriptions and size guides before purchasing to prevent any inconveniences.
Changing or Refunding Sale Items:
Kindly note that sale items or stock clearance items cannot be changed or refunded.
